The academy is designed to strengthen the UAE’s presence in digital and social media, train Emirati and Arab content creators, improve government and private sector digital communication and to support the “creator economy” in the region. The New Media Academy is a UAE government initiative to train the next generation of digital influencers, media professionals, and government communicators so the country can strengthen its presence in global digital media.
