The Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Dubai operates from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, except on officially declared holidays.

Public Visiting Hours:
Consular and labour services to the public are available from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday, except on officially declared holidays.

Members of the public will not be entertained after 1:00 PM. It is advised to avoid last-minute visits and to plan consular visits well within the designated public hours to ensure efficient service.

This schedule is designed to balance public access with the administrative requirements necessary for the timely and accurate processing of consular applications. The time outside public visiting hours is reserved for internal procedures such as document verification, coordination with relevant authorities, and preparation of official documentation. This arrangement supports the maintenance of high standards in service delivery and operational efficiency.

The Consulate General remains closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and on officially declared holidays.
