Mr. Nalinda Wijerathna, Consul General of Sri Lanka in Dubai and Northern Emirates presented his Letter of Commission to H.E. Sheikh Maktoum Bin Bathie Bin Suhail Al Maktoum, Chief of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai on 19th January 2020 at his office.
