Sri Lanka Consulate General in Dubai conducted a consular mobile service in Ras Al Khaimah((RAK), a far Northern Emirate in the UAE. The Consul General of Sri Lanka to Dubai and Northern Emirates, Mr. Alexi Gunasekara attended the event together with Ms. Subhashini Silva, Head of Chancery, Ms. Manorie Vithanapathirana, Counsellor/ Employment & Welfare and the staff of the Consulae General to provide required services. The Consul General explained the importance of conducting a mobile service in RAK, an Emirate where more than 5000 Sri Lankans live and highlighted the importance of having a close connection and dialogue with the Consulate General office in Dubai for necessary guidance. Ms. Gayani Jayawardena, Sales Manager to Dubai and Northern Emirates from Sri Lankan Airlines also attended the event.
