The Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Dubai initiated an incentive travel trip for 60 senior management-level executives of the Danube group to Sri Lanka. This initiative is part of the Consulate General’s ongoing efforts to promote Sri Lanka tourism and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism with a special focus on promoting Sri Lanka as a preferred destination for corporate events and conferences.
The group departed for Colombo this morning (01 February 2024) from Sharjah airport, embarking on an enriching journey that will showcase the diverse attractions and experiences that Sri Lanka has to offer. The activities lined up during the stay promise to provide a holistic experience, capturing the essence of Sri Lanka’s rich heritage and warm hospitality.
Under the guidance of Minister of Tourism Harin Fernando, Director General of Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau (SLTPB) Nalin Perera and the senior management welcomed the group at the airport. The incentive tour is conducted by Antiquity – Raffles Leisure Pvt Ltd.
