The Consulate General of Sri Lanka, in association with Sri Lankan Associations in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, has organized an exclusive “Sri Lankan Day” in celebration of both the 70th Independence Day of Sri Lanka and 25th Anniversary of the Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Dubai, on Friday the 9th February 2018 at Zabeel Park, Dubai.
This special “Sri Lankan Day” enriches with many attractions including a remarkable UAE – Sri Lanka friendship walk signifying the friendship between two countries, a splendid cultural show showcasing rich Sri Lankan heritage, and delicious traditional food stalls. It further offers Sri Lankan property solutions, blood and eye donation camps, free legal consultation, and many more. This exclusive event concludes with a grand musical concert performed by leading Sri Lankan musicians who will be especially flown-in from Sri Lanka.
