New Secretaries have been appointed to the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Public Administration and Management, and Postal Services.
Accordingly, Esala Weerakoon, J. J. Rathnasiri, and D.G.M.V. Hapuarachchi have been appointed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Public Administration and Management, and Ministry of Postal Services respectively.
The letters of appointment were handed over them by the Secretary to the President, P. B. Abeykoon at the Presidential Secretariat today (1st Aug.).
