Visiting President Maithripala Sirisena and Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull agreed to expand cooperation between the two countries in several areas. This agreement was reached during their discussions held at the Australian Parliament in Canberra today, (May 25).

SILAL was established in September 2020 to diversify sources of food products and stimulate manufactured and agri-food sectors. SAFCO is one of UAE’s leading food service importer, exporter, and distributor of premium quality food and non-food products in the UAE, Middle East region, and international markets. Barakat is the strategic supplier of fresh produce to 5-star hotels, leading supermarket chains, major airline catering companies, prominent families, and other premium entities.
